Last Newsletter of the Year
December 26, 2025
Welcome to our last newsletter! We hope you had a lovely Christmas. Here you'll find some last news and event for the last few days of the year.
NEWS:
New Project: Collaboration for Sustainability
TheNCF is participating in the Collaboration for Sustainability project, funded by ACT (Accelerating Change Together) on behalf of TheNCF and other participating groups.
We're creating a published masterplan for 5 Pearse Street to share with local media and decision makers, helping protect our space and demonstrate our commitment to the community.
Our vision:
Convert the downstairs into artist studio space
Develop the back garden yard as event and exhibition space
Create public access from both sides
Ensure accessible entries to the premises
Get involved: ACT is conducting a community consultation. Share your thoughts with Rebecca O'Malley at rebecca.omalley@act-studio.com. An in-person workshop will be held in late January (date TBC).

Apartheid Free Zone update
TheNCF signed the Apartheid Free Zone Pledge and is listed on ApartheidFree.ie. In January, the Ireland Palestine Solidarity Campaign (IPSC) is launching a campaign celebrating signatories. A representative will visit our premises in mid-January to record a short Q&A about our decision to sign, which will be shared on social media.
